Returns & Refunds Policy

At Crafts and Companywe both value our customers and believe in the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your craft, or your craft night experience, please contact us.
If Crafts and Company must cancel a craft night for a reason not already outlined in these policies, a 100% refund will be administered to the host and all attendees.
If a host needs to cancel a craft night, it must be done at least 14 calendar days prior to the scheduled event date to ensure a 100% refund for the host and all attendees. Should a host need to cancel within 14 calendar days of the scheduled event date, Crafts and Company will do their best to reschedule the event. Crafts and Company reserves the right to charge a storage fee of $10/project for any rescheduled events. If, for any reason, the event cannot be rescheduled and must be fully cancelled, Crafts and Company reserves the right to retain up to 100% of the fees collected from the host and attendees.
If an attendee needs to cancel their attendance at a craft night, it must be done 14 calendar days prior to the scheduled event date to ensure a 100% refund. If the cancellation occurs within 14 calendar days of the scheduled event, Crafts and Company reserves the right to refund the purchase price less any costs for materials and time already incurred for the attendee’s custom project. A minimum convenience fee of $10 will be charged for all cancelations within 14 calendar days of an event.
If a host and/or their guests are unsatisfied with their craft night experience, a refund request must be made within 5 calendar days after the event. The host/attendee will be granted a 50% refund and may keep their custom craft project.
If a host/attendee is unsatisfied with the quality of their custom craft project, a refund request must be made within 14 calendar days after the event. Because of the custom nature of these projects, Crafts and Company does not accept returns, and may require photo evidence of any issues experienced with a particular project. If the complaint is due to quality of the wood project or stencil, we will work with guests to either fix/replace the completed project or issue a refund at Crafts and Company’s discretion. If the complaint is due to craftsmanship of host/attendee’s stain/paint or stenciling during the event, no refunds will be granted.
Because of the custom nature of the projects Crafts and Company help’s guest craft, Crafts and Company does not accept returns. Please see the above policies for any desired refunds.
